We had such an amazing time. The honeymoon was perfect, just like the wedding. We've started our marriage on a perfect note, and we hope that it is a preview of our life together :)

Ocho Rios

Our other adventure that we went on was a one day trip around Ocho Rios. The trip was full of fun little activities. The first one was to stop at the little flea market that is pictured below. This was one of the most stressful things I've ever done in my life. As soon as you excited your bus, you were assigned a "tour escort". They really weren't escorts, they were actually one of the vendors trying to get you to go into their little hut. When they brought you into their huts (about the size of a small closet) they would stand in the middle of the door way, practically not letting you out! Everywhere you walked there were people approaching you and trying to ask you questions. We went into one little hut, and Scottie and I were trying to have a conversation about where we should buy things, if we should buy them there, etc. This woman was literearly standing right next to me and repeating everything that was coming out of my mouth. I got so stressed out that I stormed into the bus and wouldn't go back out!!! Not my cup of tea --

The next stop was a lot less stressful. We went to Coyaba Gardens, which is a small little area with the prettiest and very lush gardens with a river going through them.
Here fishy fishy.
A banana tree.

Scottie and I agreed that if we ever decided to renew our vows, we would do it in the little gazebo below. It was so pretty and secluded.
Later we went to a pottery manufacturer.
They prepared the clay outside.
Once it was ready to be molded they brought it into the building below. I loved the colors of this building.
It was cool to see how a small business ran in Jamaica.
The last part of the trip was to Dunn's River Falls. If you ever get to Jamaica, I would highly recommend going there! You start at the beach, and walk all the way up these gorgeous falls. You'd think you would need to be really physically fit to do something like that, but it was surprisingly very easy. There were parts where you could slide down rocks into a big pool of water. Other times you would stand up on a rock and fall back into the water. It was so cool and invigorating!
Me before the big climb.

Our tour guide was insane! He'd jump from rock to rock like it was nothing. He barely go wet! He was also holding like 7 cameras and taking our pictures. We were happy he was doing it -- we got some great pics!
We met a nice couple from Canada on the trip.
