Best Night of 2010

Normally I don't like to brag. But today I definately will. We had the best fourth of July ever by going to a Dave Matthews Band concert. Right around 11 in the morning Scottie called me and asked if I wanted to go. Of course I did! We haven't been to a DMB concert in years. Our friend is good friends with the Operations Manager at Alpine Valley so he hooked us up with VIP tickets. At first, I didn't know what VIP meant. Here is the beautiful picture of Alpine from the VIP deck.
Then we were talking to our friend, and he casually mentioned that we had access to THE PIT. Since we've been DMB fans for a decade, our jaws practically dropped. In all of the shows, we've never had better seats.
It was an amazing show. It was great to be back - and in the pit!

Unfortunately this was our view on the way out. I hate how people treat such a beautiful venue. Oh well, it will never change.
