Best/Worst of the past year.

Now that we are just one week away from celebrating our first anniversary, Scottie and I decided to put together a list of the best three and worst three events in the past year.
Best Three
1.) The actual wedding day. Best. Day. Ever.
2.) Our honeymoon!
3.) The day we closed on our first home.
Worst Three
1.) The day I started my job in Burlington while Scottie was still in Naperville. We did 2 months of that.
2.) Living with my parents while we rennovated. And the living with my parents part was NOT the hard part. It was knowing we had a house of our own but we could not live in it.
3.) The day our basement flooded. Yep, happened just a few days ago during the big rain. The worst part was seeing Scottie's ruined yearbooks from high school and some other sentimental items. Together we handled the day well but it was tough. And I should refrase, it was a small portion of our basement, not the whole thing.
Here's to another year for better or for worse! (preferrably for better).
